Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Some products, such as personalized, custom-made, or seasonal clearance items, may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please log into your account on our website and visit the order history section. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the provided instructions to generate a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Condition of Items
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to issue a partial refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference and applicable shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any standard shipping costs, once the issue is confirmed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your payment account again first. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us.

Exclusions
Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes goods marked as such, personalized products, and items purchased during final clearance events. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
